A client requested that we collaborate with them on a plan for updating their vast library of catalog playlist franchises within their desired budget. They wanted a system for prioritizing franchises, allowing for a fresh user experience and identifying trends and viral movement within catalog content. They also wanted us to established a repeatable collaborative framework between their in-house stakeholders and a broader team fo music experts.

The Solution

We developed a plan that established a thematic focus and updating framework for 300+ catalog playlist franchises. This included a tiered updating cadence based on user engagement and communication chain between in-house and external vendors that articulated clear expectations and project milestones.
