VO Script for Recording Academy Honoree
THE PROJECT
One of our Label Services executive clients was set to receive a special award at a Recording Academy ceremony, which would include a video reel narrated by a legendary artist from the CEO's roster. Unfortunately, the provided script was full of errors and lacking in color. They asked TBC to rewrite the voice over script so that it told a true—and truly remarkable—story.
THE SOLUTION
We reunited the CEO with the member of our team who wrote their executive bio—someone intimately familiar with every step in the honoree's journey. We tore down the existing script and rebuilt it with the speaker's voice in mind, leaning into the groundbreaking moments in the executive's long and storied career. Our best editor took it across the finish line.
THE RESULTS
The new script was much improved and quickly approved, replacing the Academy's original and providing a much stronger narrative to accompany the video reel and mark this historic milestone.
